Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


 This  scheme provided by the respective seller directly under this policy in the terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and refund is offered by the seller to you. All  products listed under a particular category may not have same returns and replacement policy

Such as:- mobile,  household product, speaker, etc.

Returns / Replacement pick up and procedure:-

  1. Correct product – Name / IMEI /  Brand / Image / serial number should match and  MRP tag should clearly and visible 
  2. Unused product – the  product should not be used by customer, without any stains and return tag / warranty seals should  be there.
  3. Complete product – All the box accessories ( such as starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones,  remote control, etc,) should be present. 
  4. Undamaged product- such as SIM trays/ charging pot / headphone port/ charger / bank and panels etc should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
  5. In case mobile, laptop, computer, tablet , etc. should be formatted  before replacement  and any lock ( pin, pattern, or fingerprint) should be disabled before replacement. 
  6. Product original packaging / box should be undamaged.
  7. Product should not be open yourself. GNMG MOB  authorized  person shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

* My field executive will refuse to accept product  if any  of the above conditions are not matched.

* This further process took 7 days and more depending upon which time the product was received by the seller.

* In case  seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason then a refund will be given within few days.

* Wrong deliver – if customer receives delivery massage but the product not delivered.  In this case customers report the issues within 10 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate. 


Terms & conditions:- 

  1. In case of defective and damaged product delivered you inform  us with in 24 hour on our website.
  2. If any defect is determined within the return/ replacement period, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no any cost. If no any defect is determined within 10 days of delivery. Then after you will be directed to go a brand service center to resolve further issues. 
  3. Only one replacement shall be provided.

Pay After Check 

In this scheme GNMG MOB allow to Check your  product  at the time of delivery before payment if  you do not satisfied with product you will get refund  immediately by the delivery boy and you also  issue a  replacement request from his  account. This scheme applicable all the mode of payment  and all pincode.  In case the product  to be missing, damaged or completely different from what you ordered , then delivery boy take it back immediately.

Term &  conditions :-

  1. Only delivery boy  open the box in front of you. 
  2. You Check product in the front of delivery boy.
  3. Only Right person (those  who place order) received delivery.
  4. In case of right person is not there , the  delivery boy should be ask some question from receiver.
  5. In the scheme delivery boy give only 10 minutes to check product properly.
